These Terms & Conditions apply to shybes.com and the automotive service messaging of Shybes Automotive (registered messaging Brand: Shybes). Updated October 4, 2026.

Website and availability

Shybes Automotive is developing Service OS for auto repair shop workflows. Service OS is in private pilot and active development. This website does not sell subscriptions, take deposits, or create shop accounts. Product examples are illustrative, and features and availability may change. Any future paid software service will have its pricing, scope, billing terms, and service agreement presented before purchase.

Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about Shybes and Service OS. Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information. Product descriptions do not guarantee a launch date, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular shop. This website is not a vehicle diagnostic instruction service.

SMS Terms

Program: Shybes automotive service messages. This program is being prepared and is not yet available for live customer messaging. The following terms apply when it is activated and you opt in.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring, service-related text messages from Shybes about appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, repair updates, estimate or authorization requests, service questions, and vehicle pickup notifications. Consent applies only to Shybes' own messages, not to other repair shops or affiliates. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing automotive service.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, repair activity, and conversations with Shybes. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Shybes service messages. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from this SMS program, except an opt-out confirmation where applicable. Reply HELP for assistance.

Support: Email support@shybes.com. This address routes to the Shybes Automotive mailbox.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery is not guaranteed. SMS is not an emergency service.

Third-party services

Third-party integrations described on the website may still be in development. Their mention does not imply endorsement or a current commercial partnership. These terms do not activate a messaging service or enroll other businesses in Shybes' SMS program.

Changes

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes do not expand your SMS consent to another sender or program.
